If you are a commercial property solicitor that would fit well in a growing, but traditional legal practice based in Owestry that offers high quality work then this role will be an opportunity for you to seriously consider.

The firm is seeking an ambitious and responsible commercial property solicitor with the ability to work efficiently and confidently in a team. The successful candidate will be required to manage a varied caseload effectively. There will also be a focus on client care as this firm believes in the traditional approach to client contact.

Location: Owestry, Shropshire

Salary: £28000 - £35,000

Previous Experience: 1 - 8 years PQE

The firm believes their size is small enough to really have an invested care with their clients and provide personal service but large enough to offer high quality legal advice and support and quality clients. They are adapting and growing and have the need to expand their team and would be looking for someone looking longevity and progression.

The successful commercial property solicitor will be responsible for handling their own case load with a strong emphasis on client care. The candidate must be able to show an ability to take on responsibility and manage and progress matters independently; have a flexible can-do attitude; a strong client focus and commitment to service delivery; and the necessary drive and enthusiasm to be able to succeed and fit into the team dynamic.

You must have experience in Landlord and Tenant issues, Commercial property including purchase and sale; Agricultural Property experience would be advantageous; conditional contracts, option agreements and overage; mortgages; transfer of equities and joint ventures and promotion agreements.
