To work as part of the firms SRA regulated legal department providing legal advice to a wide range of clients from across the firm's offices. The successful candidate should ideally have approximately 4-6 years PQE working with a varied portfolio involving a mix of domestic and private client work including wills, estate planning, probate and all aspects of estate administration, LPAs, tax, trusts and advising a wide range of individuals ranging from small business owners to high net worth individuals.

The role will include:
-Experience in dealing with complex multi-jurisdictional probate (eg France, Spain, Switzerland, Poland, Australia and New Zealand) will be beneficial
-Tax matters, especially in IHT and CGT
-Wide variety of trust matters to include the set up; administration and taxation of such trusts
-Advising HNW (£2-20m) and UHNW (£20m +) individuals including business owners
-Dealing with a Trust Corporation
-Delivering seminars both internally and externally
-Writing articles on private client legal points of interest for broadsheets and legal publications
-Foreign languages beneficial
