The Team

The Firm’s specialist private client team is experienced in managing and implementing the strategies required to safeguard their clients' personal wealth and business assets. They are renowned for providing the specialist knowledge needed for even the most sensitive of cases. Their expertise ranges from wills, estate planning and probate matters, inheritance tax and succession planning to legal advice concerning mental capacity issues, dealing with the Court of Protection and charity law matters. In your private affairs you expect solutions that combine expertise, diligence and imagination to protect your assets and safeguard your wealth. The Role

Due to continued growth, the Firm have an opportunity for a Senior Associate or junior Partner to join their team in Birmingham.

Working closely with the national team, our client would expect you to be able to lead and supervise on a range of work including advising on wills and trusts, trust administration, lasting powers of attorney, probate and the administration of estates. Clients will be varied, from landowners to shareholders in family businesses and directors of companies and their families.

You will have an established track record advising high net worth clients on the full area of Wealth Protection matters, and a proven ability to form strong client relationships. You will also be committed to supporting the team growth by leading and facilitating a variety of business development initiatives.
