Opportunity for a Paralegal to join a leading regional firm.

Our client is looking for a Paralegal to join their highly regarded Property Finance team in Winchester. The firm maintains Lexcel accreditation and achieved 'one to watch' status in Best Companies 2014.

The role will involve acting for a lender only in taking and perfecting security over residential buy-to-let or commercial properties from individuals, trusts, companies and limited liability partnerships. The successful candidate will handle their own transactions with supervision. Duties will involve: preparing the relevant security and ancillary documents from templates, reviewing Valuation Reports, a basic review of title and transactional documents, identifying issues and taking the necessary steps to resolve them, liaising with both the client and the borrower's solicitors to achieve completion of the security and dealing with the receipt and despatch of funds to complete the finance.

To be considered for this role, you must have at least one years experience in dealing with the sale and purchases of commercial property. You must be confident in handling your own files.
