Conveyancing Fee Earner.

A terrific opportunity has just arisen to join one of East Yorkshire’s leading law firms as a conveyancing solicitor 2 PQE + / conveyancing fee earner in its well-established Bridlington office.

You will be joining a team of 3 fee earners and 2 support staff, where you will be managing your own full caseload of conveyancing matters including but not limited to: sales and purchase transactions, re-mortgaging, right to buy, let to buy, leasehold and freehold and equity release.

You will be required to hit the ground running as there is an existing caseload of conveyancing matters to attend to. You will also be expected to help further grow the department through networking and business development.

 The firm offers a very competitive benefits package including 25 days holiday with firm closure over the Christmas period and a clear career progression path.
