Are you a highly skilled Residential Conveyancing Fee Earner looking to join a traditional working environment? Are you capable of confidently running your own Residential Conveyancing files from start to completion under minimum supervision? If so, a fantastic opportunity has arisen for you in a successful team in County Durham.

The firm is an established, well-known practice throughout the North East region. The firm has won various awards across a wide variety of departments and were nominated for several awards at the Northern Lawyer Awards 2017.

The Role:
-Joining a successful team, you will work as a fee earner running your own Residential Conveyancing files from start to completion.
-There will be a traditional caseload for you to pick up covering sale and purchase, freehold and leasehold files.
-There will be some agricultural work, however no prior agricultural experience is required.
-The caseload is quality work and you will also manage more complex matters such as issues with rights of way.
-The working environment will be traditional and you will be joining a close knit, friendly and supportive team.
-You will work in the office alongside two Partners one of which is the Head of Residential Conveyancing so will be at close hand to support you.

The Candidate:
-For this role, it is essential that you can run your own Residential Conveyancing caseload so you must be highly technically skilled with fee earning experience.
-You must be a strong communicator with the ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
-Ideally you will be a Chartered Legal Executive, Licensed Conveyancer or working towards qualification. However non-qualified fee earners with a strong conveyancing background will be happily considered.
