Employment Solicitor - Liverpool

A leading national practice in the heart of Liverpool city centre, with an outstanding reputation in the market, is seeking an NQ-4years’ PQE Employment Solicitor to further augment its Employment offering. 

The Employment department deals with a myriad of employment matters, both contentious and non-contentious, dealing with both claimant and respondent matters, including employment tribunals, advising employers and professionals on employment law, disciplinaries, grievances, dismissals and redundancies, discrimination, and TUPE Regulations.

You will be a qualified solicitor (NQ - 4 years PQE +) with previous experience of dealing with your own caseload of either claimant or respondent employment matters, and be ambitious and driven to succeed. 

Alongside managing your own caseload, you will be given responsibility for overseeing the more junior members of the team with their Employment cases.

The successful Employment solicitor will be rewarded with a competitive salary (in line with previous experience), guideline circa £45,000, and additional company benefits including 28 days holiday!
