A new position has arisen with one of the country’s leading Personal Injury firms, specializing in RTA, EL/PL, Serious and Catastrophic Injury, and Clinical Negligence claims. They have a dedicated RTA department based in their Liverpool office, and due to the growth and development of the team they are now seeking an additional experienced MOJ Portal Paralegal.

You will be responsible for your own caseload of RTA MOJ Portal files, which you will manage through all three stages of the MOJ Portal (1 2 & 3). You will work with minimal supervision and have a minimum of 12 months' experience as part of a dedicated RTA department.

You will be given support and training throughout, but you will be expected to work efficiently and independently on your own files. The existing team boasts around 15 fee earners and paralegals, and working in a friendly, supportive and forward thinking environment, you will be given all the tools to further develop your skills and legal career!

The firm offers a clear development pathway to potentially progress into other areas of the business, and offers a competitive salary (circa £25,000) with additional benefits and on-site parking!
