Major national firm seeks to appoint an ambitious banking lawyer to join their market leading team.

Our client is a progressive and award winning law firm and home to an excellent banking and finance practice, one of the largest in the Midlands.

The firm now seeks to appoint a senior associate with at least 5 years pqe to join their successful banking & finance practice based in Birmingham. Working in a friendly team and under an experienced and supportive partner, you'll be advising on a range of finance matters including acquisition finance, development finance, asset based lending transactions, secured lending work and general corporate banking. The team acts on behalf of a range of clients including UK clearing banks, financial institutions, funds, investors, private equity houses and other corporates.

Bringing strong technical experience of managing financing transactions as well an outward facing client led approach, you will have gained experience working in another recognised banking & finance practice. You may already be based in the Midlands or seeking a move to the region from London or another regional centre.
