This award winning national firm has a new opening for a corporate tax solicitor to join their Birmingham team.

Our client is a friendly, supportive and forward thinking law firm with a market leading reputation for corporate services, handling some of the best transactional work found in the UK regions. The firm is home to an excellent partner led corporate tax practice.

Due to increasing demand from clients, the partners are keen to appoint an additional solicitor (NQ+) or associate to join the corporate tax team which handles UK and cross-border corporate and real estate tax issues and employee share incentives work. Working on behalf of a range of clients including individuals, large owner managed companies and other listed businesses with domestic and international interests, you'll handle a quality mix of corporate tax matters. Applications are welcomed from recently qualified or upcoming NQ solicitors who have undertaken a Tax seat or you may be a more experienced qualified corporate tax lawyer with circa 1-3 years+ pqe under your belt.
