-This is a fantastic opportunity to join a brand new Commercial Property department and play a pivotal role in the growth and development of the team.
-In this role, you must be able to hit the ground running with your own mixed caseload of Commercial Property files.
-Your files will cover a broad spectrum of matters including sale and purchase, freehold, leasehold, transfers of equity and land registry work.
-A strong technical focus is needed for this role and you will deal with all your own title checking.
-Client care will be another important aspect of your role and you must regularly update clients on the progress of their case.
-The role will be working within a target driven environment.
-Our client is looking for a candidate with upwards of one to three years' experience in Commercial Property.
-Ideally you will be CILEx qualified but strong paralegals will also be considered
-Your application will stand out further if you can demonstrate a strong enthusiasm for this practice area also.
-Excellent communication skills are a necessity for this role, with the ability to liaise confidently with clients from varied backgrounds.
