My client is looking to bring on board a motivated and ambitious Company Secretarial Assistant to join their team of five.
In this Company Secretarial Assistant role, you will help support the company secretariat in providing a full company secretariat service to the firm, covering statutory record-keeping, Companies Act and Listing and Disclosure & Transparency Rules compliance and year-end procedures as well as ad-hoc projects.
As Company Secretarial Assistant, some of your responsibilities will include:
-completing sections of the Statutory tasks in accordance with procedures
-preparing and file statutory forms
-AGM preparation
-Maintenance/update of Blueprint OneWorld
-submission of annual accounts and related updates
-assisting with notarisation/legalisations
-supervising more junior members of staff
-Companies Act, Listing Rules, DTRs compliance and associated administration
-board support work including preparing minutes and shareholder resolutions
-Assisting with AML Procedures and ad hoc compliance responsibilities
This role would be ideally suited to a client-facing, current ICSA student or GradICSA qualified with some prior experience who is looking to qualify as a Company Secretary.
