My client is a specialist provider of corporate services and is looking to bring an experienced business development manager on board to be responsible for developing key account relationships, assisting technically with company secretarial administration and growing the client portfolio.
 
As a business development manager, you will be expected to acquire new formation and company management business, maintain and develop key relationships, and assist with the development of new service lines.
 
In particular, your duties will include:
  • Developing and implementing strategic and tactical marketing plans
  • Identifying, proposing and developing new product and service initiatives
  • Liaising with colleagues across the various offices 
  • Maintaining an up-to-date knowledge of company formation legislation
  • Conducting visits to clients, and handling relevant follow up to include execution of administration of portfolio companies
  • Gathering relevant market information, and providing input on this to company formation offices
This role would be suitable for someone ideally with a professional qualification in company secretarial/law/accountancy, and a track record in business development.
