Senior Real Estate Legal PA.
 
This top tier, international law firm based in state of the art offices in Birmingham City Centre is now looking to recruit a Senior Real Estate Legal PA to join their expanding real estate department. This law firm can offer the right opportunities and support for everyone in the firm to flourish and reach their full potential.
 
This is a fantastic opportunity for a legal PA to further their career within a brilliant law firm based in Birmingham City Centre, where your key duties and responsibilities will include but will not be limited to:
  • Taking an active part in the care of clients and being wholly familiar with contacts/clients. A specific requirement to take ownership of the administrative aspects of the firm’s client care programmes. Demonstrating a positive and responsive approach to dealing with client queries and ensuring efficient delivery of the administration related to client matters in the absence of fee earners.
  • Taking responsibility for ensuring that progress of work is known and shared with others where necessary.
  • Being responsible for ensuring that the client portal and gateway management is maintained at all times.
  • Managing diaries, ensuring they are up to date and reminding fee earners of meetings etc on a daily basis. Ensuring critical date diaries are up to date and circulate to team.
  • Arranging meetings, booking conference rooms, refreshments, checking rooms prior to meetings etc, and liaising with other attendees, both internal and external.
  • Coordinating travel arrangements in the UK and internationally, booking and confirming reservations, and dealing with related details/papers/itineraries.
  • Taking internal and external telephone queries, responding as appropriate and/or ensuring that all messages are passed on in a timely manner. Ensuring that all client related correspondence is passed on to appropriate fee earner and follow up to ensure that matters are dealt with proactively if the relevant person is out of the office.
  • Coordinating the billing process and assist fee earners in the billing and credit control process by liaising with the fee earner and accounts and to produce financial/time reports through the system. Be aware of any service level agreements or arrangements with clients requiring bespoke billing information.
In order to be considered for this Senior Real Estate Legal PA role based in Birmingham, you must have excellent Microsoft package experience, an excellent telephone manner, and a confidence to deal with clients, be flexible and proactive, be able to remain calm under pressure, and be a conscientious, proactive and enthusiastic individual.
