Litigation Legal Secretary
 
This large, established law firm based in Solihull is now looking to recruit an experienced legal secretary to join the firm's litigation team and support the family, employment, and personal injury work. This is a full time, permanent opportunity that can offer a supportive and progressive environment. 
 
You will join a growing department in Solihull in a team consisting of 4 qualified solicitors that are currently supported by a paralegal and one other legal secretary. Your key duties will include:
  • Audio copy typing of small and large documents, correspondence and bills using digital dictation
  • Diary management
  • Using the firm's case management system (TIKIT) 
  • Undertaking key administrative duties
  • Liaising with clients 
In order to be considered for this Litigation Legal Secretary role based in Solihull, you must have experience in a similar role ideally within family, employment, or personal injury. You must also have excellent typing and organisational skills, along with great attention to detail.
