IP / IT Litigation Solicitor.

At the cutting edge of technology law in Scotland this leading firm which is highly rated on both the Legal500 and Chambers offers you a brilliant opportunity to handle some of the best work available for well-known house hold name clients.   Work includes brand/trademark disputes, copyright, validity and entitlement issues and patent infringements in a range of sectors including oil & gas, pharmaceuticals, financial services and luxury brands.

The team is looking for a commercially minded, solution focused contentious IP /IT Solicitor who can deliver strategic advice – we are looking for an individual who understands how to deliver cost effective commercial advice not simply explaining the letter of the law.  This is not necessarily achieved through litigation but also mediation, negotiation and pre-emptive strategic advice.

If this contentious IP IT solicitor opportunity sounds like it could be of interest, please get in touch for a confidential and no obligation discussion.

Alternatively, if this position is not quite right for you, we have a strong variety of opportunities across the central belt, Dundee and Aberdeen, so please get in touch and update us as to your job search criteria.

Please contact James Hitti for more details on 0131 278 0000. Formed in 1999, G2 Legal Limited is one of the largest, privately owned legal recruitment companies with offices throughout the UK and in Sydney, Australia. We are a fully accredited member of APSCO.
