The company:
Our client is a long established law firm with over 100 years providing legal services, which include Family Law, Wills and Probate, Residential and Commercial Property Law. They work from two office locations in the South Manchester area.
 
The opportunity:
Due to increasing work volumes they are looking for two Residential Conveyancing Fee Earners with experience in all aspects of conveyancing, including but not limited to sales and purchases, shared ownership, freehold and leasehold.
 
The particulars:
Ideal Candidate Criteria:
  • Residential Conveyancing Fee Earner, Legal Executive, Solicitor or Licensed Conveyancer
  • Upwards of 2/3 years’ experience of running residential conveyancing files
  • Experience of handling a variety of sale and purchase residential property files including freehold and leasehold, and shared ownership.
