A highly reputable legal practice in Liverpool is opening up its Housing and Regeneration department to include a Housing Litigation Paralegal.

Our client is a firmly established Top 100 practice with an impressive heritage and progressive initiatives. The role will be situated in the Housing and Regeneration team, one of the leading legal providers to the housing sector in the UK and as the successful Housing Litigation Paralegal you will assist across all aspects of the work, including: court proceedings; breach of tenancy injunctions; disrepair claims; applying for access injunctions and conducting hearings; and general housing management advice.

You will be working closely with the Head of department and the fee earners in the team, guaranteeing exposure to a range of exciting caseloads and invaluable mentorship from highly skilled professionals. There will be clear development opportunities for the successful candidate and you will be provided with a competitive remuneration package.
