The City based Employment team is now hiring a number of experienced employment lawyers.
This expanding and ambitious employment team handles both corporate support and litigious work including confidentiality agreements, team moves and tribunal matters.
The work will include Employment Tribunal claims; whistleblowing and discrimination; disciplinary and grievance issues, terminations, redundancy programmes, business re-structuring and outsourcing.
The team also assists with the drafting, development and implementation of employment contracts, employee handbooks and company policies as well as working hours, TUPE, data protection issues, equal opportunities and all other workplace disputes.
They also coordinate employment law advice from all over the world working closely with teams globally.
Clients include those in the insurance, financial services, transportation, professional services, and cosmetics sectors.
With at least 3pqe and up to senior level with City or equivalent based experience, you will be an employment lawyer with a strong High Court employment litigation background.
This dynamic team is looking to expand its client base both in the UK and internationally, and can provide scope for flexible and part time working arrangements for the right candidates.
