A fantastic opportunity for a Commercial Litigation Solicitor has just become available at an award winning, reputable legal firm in South Manchester.
The firm has recently been through an exciting period of expansion and due to the firms' progressive and forward thinking attitude the firm now need another Commercial Litigation Solicitor to join their very successful team.
The firm are seeking a qualified Commercial Litigation Solicitor with ideally 3 years PQE or more gained within a Dispute Resolution department. The caseload will include Commercial and Contract Disputes, Professional Negligence, Property Litigation, IP and IT Disputes, Commercial Agents Claims, Company/Shareholder Disputes, Insolvency Litigation and Banking Claims.
The role will require the Commercial Litigation Solicitor to have excellent organisational, technical and communication skills, and the ability to manage time effectively. You will have a passion to learn and a positive approach to the role.
