The Team

The Firm’s national banking and finance team advises clients on a range of financing transactions across a wide variety of sectors, often with a multi-jurisdictional element. Acting for borrowers, lenders and investors means the Firm has a practical understanding of the needs of all parties to a financing transaction. This Firm’s expertise extends to corporate lending, acquisition finance, asset finance, real estate finance (both investment and development), project finance, marine finance, invoice discounting and refinancings both on a bilateral and a syndicatable basis. Our client works closely with some of the UK's major banks and financial institutions and have approved panel solicitor status with many of them. The Firm manages transactions from start to finish, ensuring a smooth and cohesive process, enabling clients to continue to focus on building their relationships and running their businesses.

The Role

Due to continued growth, our client has an opportunity for a Senior Associate or junior Partner to join their team in Leeds.

Working alongside the Firm’s Leeds based corporate team and working closely with the national banking team, our client would expect you to be able to lead and supervise on a range of work including but not limited to; corporate lending, acquisition finance and real estate finance. You will have an established track record advising borrowers, lender and investors on the full transaction lifecycle and you will also be committed to supporting the team’s growth by leading and facilitating a variety of business development initiatives.
