A leading UK law Firm with a network of offices from the South Coast to Scotland, working together as one national team. An innovative practice and the first top 100 law firm to achieve “Gold Standard”. Investors in People, the Firm’s values and culture are not just words on their website but are the heartbeat of the Firm. The lack of barriers between departments, a real lack of hierarchy, zero tolerance for arrogance and pomposity makes this Firm a fantastic place to work.
The Firm’s award winning corporate team is led by a team of partners widely regarded as leaders in their field and who are regularly recommended by clients for their reputation, personalities and outstanding expertise. The Firm advise companies, management teams, investors and debt providers through the business life cycle, from start-up and first round finance through M&A, management transactions, venture and development funding, restructuring, capital reductions, private equity funding and exits.
The team is looking to grow and appoint an additional associate or senior associate offering exceptional general corporate experience, ideally with some exposure to private equity or venture capital work (though not essential), and solid business development skills. The successful candidate will have trained with a leading city, national or regional firm and be eager to make their mark in a friendly, collegiate and award winning team.
This Firm has one of the most active and dynamic corporate teams nationwide and has in the last four successive years been recognised in the top five law firms by Experian MarketIQ M&A Review for volume of UK deals undertaken.
This Firm is a committed Equal Opportunities employer promoting equality of opportunity. This means that everyone who either applies to or works for the Firm is treated equally, whatever their gender, age, ethnic origin, nationality, marital status, disability, sexual orientation or religious beliefs.
