Clinical Negligence Solicitor
My client is a leading national law firm recognised across many industry sectors, and is home to many leaders of their fields. They operate from a number of offices across the UK and are currently looking for a Clinical Negligence Solicitor to work in their Oxford office.
The successful Clinical Negligence Solicitor will join a Tier 1 Legal 500 & Chambers ranked Clinical Negligence department. The role will involve handling a very varied caseload of claimant work, working with other lawyers on higher value cases and under supervision on their own, less complex matters. The department works on high quality clinical negligence claims of all types, but has particular expertise in brain injury and obstetric work and fatal claims. My client are ideally looking for someone with a strong claimant clinical negligence background and some experience of the areas outlined above would be helpful but is not essential.
