The commercial property team is continuing to go from strength to strength and they are seeking to appoint an additional Commercial Property Partner into the team. Within the role you will be expected to undertake a heavy element of business development and you must be able to take on a pro-active approach in bringing in new clients.
As an experienced Commercial Property Partner you will already be working at a leading national firm and be boosting strong technical skills across the broad spectrum of commercial property work. A natural passion for business development coupled with actual experience is key for this role. Well respected in your field of law you will be longing for a firm where you will have the opportunity to grow and progress your career in line with you ambitions. Your knowledge of real estate will be second to none and you must be technically sound and be determined to succeed. You will be a well-known name in the field of commercial property law and will have your own list of clients who have instructed you for a number of years. You will be a good marketer and business developer and will have demonstrated an ability to mentor junior fee earners.
