Due to the success of the corporate team and the continuous influx of work from referrals and repeat business this law firm is now looking to expand their team by adding a Corporate Solicitor to their Hull office.  
  
You will be working with fantastic clients and be responsible for a caseload of high calibre corporate transactions and will also gain exposer to big tickets transactions. These include:
  • PLCs
  • M&A
  • Joint ventures 
  • Share sales 
You will be joining a sociable and welcoming firm that believes in the importance of a healthy work-life balance, for all of its employees. You are encouraged to work the standard hours of 9-5 Mon - Fri and will be invited to three social events throughout the year: a pub quiz night in April, an all expenses paid trip to the races in July and a Christmas party. To be successful you will:
  • Have completed a seat in corporate law 
  • Have a good understanding of corporate law matters 
  • Be a Newly Qualified Solicitor or due to qualify soon  
  • Have the desire to progress through the team and develop your own client portfolio
